North Hill Place

North Hill Place was developed as a joint venture between Evergreen Partners and The Wishcamper Companies. The property was originally built in 1978 and was acquired in June 2008. The existing first mortgage was assumed upon transfer of the property. and The Community Development Trust ("CDT") provided investment capital and is a limited partner in the ownership entity. The community consists of 80 elderly and disabled units, and Evergreen and The Wishcamper Companies worked with HUD to preserve the Section 8 Contract on the property, ensuring ongoing affordability for the tenants for years to come.
