Cushing Residences
Cushing Residences was built on the campus of the Cardinal Cushing Center under the Section 202 program and serves elderly and disabled residents in 150 one and two bedroom apartments. In March of 2012, the property was transferred to a new owner partnership managed by Evergreen principals. Senior Housing Group and the Community Development Trust are partners in the development. All residents benefit from Project Based Section 8 subsidy. The residents enjoy a robust menu of supportive services. In addition to social and educational activities, many residents take advantage of our on-site meals program and special daily living support. The property is management by Evergreen’s affiliated management company, Preservation Management, Inc.
