Preservation Transaction Description

First Mortgage Financing: Provided by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).

Equity Financing: Equity raised through the sale of 4% low income housing tax credits.

Additional Financing: IRP Mortgage provided by CHFA & HOME Funds provided by the City of Pueblo.

Section 8 Contract Renewal: Yes, with Budget Based Rent increase.

Property Rehabilitation Scope

$3.6 million in total rehabilitation funding including:
