Village Green Nominated for Preservation Project of the Year by Affordable Housing Finance
Village Green Apartments, formerly known as Henry Hudson Townhouses, has been nominated as one of three potential finalists for the prestigious award of 'Preservation Project of the Year' by Affordable Housing Finance Magazine.
This preservation project is particularly unique in nature as it involved the challenge of managing the demolition of the existing dilapidated apartments that made up Henry Hudson Townhouses while simultaneously constructing the new Village Green Apartments on the same site.
