Topping off Event
Charlie Allen and representatives from W. E. O’Neil (general contractor) 
and Lizard Rock Design (architect) signed the final block that completed the building’s wall structure on February 10th. The construction team is doing a terrific job. The building remains on budget and is slightly ahead of schedule.
